Dieser Wasserfall mit dem Namen „Devon Falls“ hat durch seine Formation in drei aufeinanderfolgenden Kaskaden ein besonderes Aussehen und ergießt sich in das darunter liegende Tal, nicht weit entfernt von seinem Bruder, dem „St. Clairs“. An der gegenüberliegenden Hauptstraße befindet sich ein modernes Teezentrum, das dank dieses „Schleiers (Braut) des Vale (dh des Tals)“ seinen Sitz hat. Wenn man von Colombo , der Hauptstadt, über Avissawella fährt, erhascht man plötzlich diesen überirdischen Anblick, der bald durch die Pracht des „St. Clairs“. Auch diese Schönheit ist durch das oben erwähnte Kraftwerkstier gefährdet
